Uri-Pak™ is used in hospitals, laboratories, physicians’ offices and nursing homes throughout the world. The kit consists of five plastic bags each containing: 100 flared top or rimmed polystyrene centrifuge tubes 100 polyethylene (PE) snap caps 100 adhesive patient I.D. labels 100 collection cups (3.5oz) Optional – 5 cardboard test tube racks (10-place) The Uri-Pak™ System is economically priced and may be purchased as a complete kit or by its separate components.
